1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Jamal Lata β Dalili24 ("Provider") and the customer regarding services offered on dalili24.de. By using the website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Dalili24 offers administrative support services for Arabic speakers in Germany:
- Explanation and interpretation of official German letters and government documents
- Creation of CVs (Lebenslauf) and job application letters (Bewerbungsschreiben)
- Support with communication with German authorities (Jobcenter, Finanzamt, Krankenkasse)
- Assistance filling in and explaining official forms
- Explanation and analysis of contracts before signing
- Comparison of offers (insurance, mobile phone contracts, energy, travel)
- Presentation design, logo design, and landing pages

3. Contract Formation
- The customer selects a service and completes the order form on the website.
- The customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy by checking the corresponding checkbox.
- For paid services: payment is processed through Stripe. The contract becomes effective upon successful payment.
- The customer receives an order confirmation by email from buchung@dalili24.de.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Euros (β¬) and are final prices. As a small business operator under Β§ 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) and is due immediately upon placing the order.
5. Service Delivery and Communication
After successful payment, the order will be processed. Communication takes place via:
The Provider aims to respond within 1β3 hours, and at the latest within 24 hours on business days.
6. Customer Obligations
- Provide correct and complete information when placing the order.
- Submit required documents promptly after placing the order.
- Provide a reachable WhatsApp number and/or email address.
- Inform the Provider in good time about any changes relating to the order.
7. Changes and Cancellation Requests
- Changes or cancellation requests are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp (+49 156 79 797 482) or by email to support@dalili24.de.
- After the 1-hour window, processing may have already started. In that case, no refund can be claimed.
- Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the Provider's reasonable discretion.
Note: There is no automated cancellation feature. Please contact us directly and promptly for any change or cancellation request.
8. No Guarantee for Authority Decisions
There is no guarantee for: decisions by authorities, success in job applications or contract conclusions, completeness or legal validity of created documents, or outcomes of comparison services. The Provider is not responsible for decisions made by third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In all cases, liability is limited to the value of the specific order placed.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Dalili24 and the requirements of the GDPR.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
